This page describes how the WordPress plugin handles data on your site. The product marketing site (this page) does not collect CSV uploads.

What the plugin stores

• Uploaded CSV files are saved under your WordPress uploads directory in a guarded folder (wp-content/uploads/wp-data-transformer/).
• Job metadata (filename, pipeline, counts) is stored in a custom database table on your site.
• Processing happens on your WordPress server. The plugin does not phone home or send CSV contents to Anchor Systems.

Access control

Only users with the appropriate capability (administrators by default, via manage_options / wpdt_manage) can upload and transform files.

Retention

Jobs and files expire after 48 hours and are cleaned up by a scheduled task. Deleting the plugin removes the jobs table, scheduled cleanup, custom capability, and remaining upload files when WordPress runs uninstall.

This marketing site

This static site is hosted on Vercel and does not require an account. It does not process plugin uploads. WP Data Transformer is a product of Anchor Systems. If you contact support by email, that message is handled by whoever receives it.
